A new Corporate Well-being Platform for Neocogita
A CX analysis and UX/UI & Product Design process for a customer-centric experience to fit the market’s demand
Neocogita needed a partner to be assisted in the development of the "Evolvity" platform, an innovative Product conceived as a data-driven solution for corporate well-being. With Evolvity, all employees can easily and quickly monitor their overall health (physical, mental, and psychological). However, to make the process effective, it was to have an interface that aligned with user in-depth needs.
Strategy & How
For Neocogita, particularly in the launch of Evolvity, Krein conducted a comprehensive analysis of all well-being systems, following a Customer Experience iteration. Through Krein's efforts, the presence and positioning of competitors, as well as the product-market fit, were mapped out. Subsequently, based on the analyses, a Product Design Process was carried out, with the creation of all platform screens with the assistance of an external partner for development.
Final solutions
Krein's work has led to the development of an Interface that best meets the Product's market's needs. Over two years of ongoing project collaboration, more than 500 screens have been designed. Today, Krein continues to support Evolvity in its Product's Development, adding new modules as needed to enhance its capabilities
Neocogita
Evolvity is the platform that encompasses Neocogita's key corporate well-being systems. The platform enables the recording of various parameters (neurological, stress levels, etc.) through facial recognition, providing an employee status dashboard based on the evaluation of such parameters. The outcome generates a general well-being index.
